My Lecture Notes

Discovered whilst going through some lecture notes from this year (out of fairness, I won't say which subject):
Igon – Important case, she does not seem to be able to slow down at important points. Get from textbook, seems to be similar to the new statute.
I didn't even get down the whole case name, and the bit I have got down is wrong*! If any lecturer is reading this, please in future consider the average writing speed of students - I know we're not supposed to get down word for word what you say, but we'd at least like to get the gist of them, especially when you talk about the important cases. We're not superhuman and not all of us know shorthand.

* Thankfully, I got the first two letters right and was able to find it in the textbook from there.

An extract from my comemrcial property notes:

+Hill v Tupper: canal+land adj. to it; tenancy granted to land+exclusive right. contractual license or an easement? it didn't benefit canal, business? it wasn't carried out on dom. ten (canal - serv. ten.)
